I would like to pass on a big Thank you to everyone that joined us for the slide show at Kintec Footlabs.  A special thanks to all the presenters as well, there were some great stories told.  We had 25 people in attendance on the rainy evening.

Gary Robbins Takes Second at Mountain Masochist !!!

Just Checked the web site and saw that Gary ran a 7:22:47 Congratulations Gary! His only goal in this race was to take top three and win the coveted entry into the 2009 western states endurance run. Job well done. can't wait to here the story. does this make him the only Canadian at western? not sure. though I bet he'll be the fastest.

Running Companion for Saturday at Buntzen

Anyone out there who'd like to run with me on Saturday? Going out to Buntzen (830, I think) to run the trails around there (2.5 - 3 hrs) and I'm looking for some company. Jess has got a whole gang to run with her but I'm looking for someone in my pace range (I'm feeling lonely). Let me know if you're interested. 778.835.6848 if you want call or you can just email back. Cheers

Dirty Diapers awesome

Are you ready for Go Deep on November 15?

I highly recommend this fantastic, beautiful course, especially in the rain. When we ran it, Mystery Falls were BIG and Dirty Diapers was a little unkempt and wonderfully technical.
