Club Fat Ass is a grassroots sports club with a worldwide vision. Our members host trail running, triathlon, cycling and other "active lifestyle" events for fellow members. Club events are fun, physically challenging, environmentally friendly and emphasize camaraderie as much as competition. Each event is a reflection of the unique personality of the Event Host. All Club events are free to Club members. Membership is open to anyone who enjoys playing outdoors. Join us!

Elfin CabinLast weekend I scoped out the route of the Squamish Scrambler snowshoe run.  What a blast! 

Minor Changes to Squamish Scrambler

We will now be meeting at the new North Shore Athletics in Squamish.
Also, The Brew Pub is hosting a big event on the same day as the event, so instead there will be a BBQ at my place afterwards. BYOE (bring your own everything!)

2007 Collectors Shirts Are In!

...and they look hot.

The 2007 shirts arrived back from the screener yesterday.  I will label and package them tomorrow and let you know pick-up details via email later this week.  If you paid for shipping you can expect your shirt in the mail sometime next week.

Mill Bay run

This morning @ 6 am.I set off for the Lochside trail, heading for the Brentwood Bay ferry.
I needed just over two hours to make my 10 hour target, and I figured that It was about 20K to the ferry by the route I had chosen.
