Good trails in the Lower Mainland for Newbie trail runner

Hi All,

I'm fairly new to running.  I've been running on the road for 15 months.  I've completed 5 half marathons and I'm training for my first full marathon (Vancouver BMO).

I'm looking for some good trails start trail running on.  I live in Surrey and work in North Van.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Any recommendations for stairs/hills to workout on in Burnaby?

I'm looking for a good set of stairs or a steep hill to work out on in Burnaby or a surrounding city.  Any suggestions?  I need something lit in the evening, as I have to go after work.
