We are looking for a few volunteers to submit scheduled 2010 CFA events to online calendars.  To help out you'll need a computer, Internet access, basic computer skills and a couple of hours (more if you like).

The task is fairly straight forward. You will be working from a mastersheet containing all event information, like date, name, distance and description.  Let me know if you can spare a couple of hours and I'll discuss details with you.

Hanes Valley beckons

3 days to go for the second  official running of the Hanes Valley. As of today there are only 5 people signed up. Not quite sure why this is .This run is one of the most scenic around once you get into the Hanes valley . You will get the feeling that you are far away from the city though it's just behind the ridge. So come on people sign up ,weather looks to be good. There are 3 official options . an easy 14 km out and back from to Norvan falls, a more challenging 18 km up the valley to Grouse Mt or the whole 28 km back down Mountain highway to Lynn headwaters . Don't miss out.
