Geoff Palmer's Resolutions

I am going to use the same format that Jackson did... "events" and "other" goals.

Might be a bit ambitious to do all of them, but I've never really been one to set my sights low.

Sibylle's Resolutions

You may have noticed Ean likes list and checks them twice...He ran (pun intended) his New Years Resolutions by me, to give them a reality check in regards to time commitment and injury prevention (or should I say injury recovery). His list is ready to go. It's huge. It's wishful thinking...but as his supporting, loving wife I believe he can do it and promise to kick him out of bed on a rainy race morning...just so he will reach his goals for 2006.

Lunch Hour Snowshoe Running

Dom Repta, Denis Fontaine and me on top of Dog Mountain on our lunch hour yesterday. This is why I live in Vancouver!

A special spot on Vancouver Island

Tammy from Vancouver Island just sent in some photos from a snow run in her neighborhood. Tammy is thinking of hosting a CFA event in her neck of the woods and showing other Club Fat Ass members the beauty of her home trails.

Tammy still needs some persuasion and is looking for practical help from other members...

No more excuses!

So, I heard many of you say that you would love to attend 'The Squamish Scrambler Snowshoe Run' on Jan 15th, but...

North Idaho Race Course Marking

Well I decided to try and mark out the mileage on the course after a snow storm.

Pure Satisfaction Final Event of the Year!

You know you wanna do it ... wake up early on Sunday Dec 11, roll out of bed and

A Cabin in Whistler....

The Pacific Ski Club, a social and activity club would like to tell Club Fat Ass members of the availability of their year-round dormitory style Whistler cabin and invite you to come play in Whistler.

Backcountry Snowshoe Running Adventure

This is me in my snowshoes with my beloved banana tree on the first weekend of December. As you can see, banana trees don't like snow and we had a fair bit of it in Vancouver this week.

Congratulations Western States Lottery Winners!

Mark May 13th, 2006 on your calendar! The North Shore Enduro - 6 Hour is a great final training run for those running WS or any other ultra runs next summer.
