Pure Satisfaction

What?

• A moderately tough trail run to celebrate the Pure Satisfaction of being in good shape during a busy and dark month.
• A tune-up for the the Vancouver New Years Day Fat Ass 50km run.
• 99% trail, 100% fun, 110% challenge! Out and back course on the easternmost 1/4 of the Baden Powell Trail with 3 distances: Ultra (50K), Long (25K) and Short (12.5K).
• 1385m (4545') elevation gain/loss.
• No aid. No t-shirt. No special marking. Bring your jingle bells, bear bells and Santa toque!

• Sunday 15 December 2013 (2nd Sunday in December)
• Start: 09:00am
• Start and finish at Panorama Park, Deep Cove, North Vancouver, BC, Canada

• To keep hassles on the morning of the run to a minimum and allow the host to participate as well we ask to please sign up for both, the club membership and the event online and in advance.
