wine
well, Cheryl informed me the 2001 cab-franc is long gone so it will have to be 2003. Not quite as yummy as 2002 or 2001 but still good.
Chocolate
Organic, fair trade, shade grown cocoa beans as locally grown as possible is the way to go. It's got to be DARK if you want the benefits. Dark chocolate with red wine is the best (try Sumac Ridge cab-franc 2001).
Lots of miles
Hi Glenn/aka Mudrunner,
Quite some high mileage stuff in your forecast ;-) How are you proposing to follow up on the no candy thing? I'd like to know since I am a chocoholic.

Well, that's exactly the PROBLEM. I could care less for brighlty coloured candy-candy, but give me some nice German/Begium or Swiss chocolate....hm. And no, I don't like dark chocolate either (it's supposed to be healthier)
do the right thing
Do you have a sweet tooth?
I was hoping that the simple
I was hoping that the simple act of writing this down would cure me of that addiction. Maybe some form of electro-shock therapy is in order?
what willpower?
No problem, Ean is a chocohol
Whatcha doing dragging me into this?
OK, OK. I've been out'ed. One of my many faults...
You won't see me committing in a public forum to New Years resolutions I am not realistically capable of achieving, so I hereby make myself available to anyone who wants to share their chocolate, on or off the trail, in or out of the gym, no restrictions on day of the week or hour of the day.
BTW, have you ever tried chocolate and beer? A big bar of bittersweet goes really well with a Guiness!
