We have 8 brave souls lined up for the Vancouver 100 run on June 2. Most of them are returning for a second or even third stab at this incredible course and the rest are going to discover what it takes to scramble for about 20 hours on our local mountains.
If you would like to join us for a custom section we would love to have you as well. Please sign up on our 'application' page and let me know what distance you might do and where you will join us. Do a little or do a lot but if you're not signed up for the 100 km already then please wait for next year!
Keep in mind that we'll be coming back through Cleveland Dam late on Saturday afternoon and I hope some of you will cheer us on there. You can find an agenda for the weekend including estimated arrival times at certain checkpoints
here.
With all that snow on Hollyburn and at Cypress Bowl we have our fun cut out for us ;)

Good Luck Everybody
I shall see the 100km runners somewhere between Grouse and Mountain Highway tomorrow morning. After I am back, I will give Jackson a ride to the turnaround in West Vancouver and then head to Cleveland Dam for an afternoon in the park. I baked 80 (!) ginger snaps and two loafs of nut breads for everybody to enjoy. I am also planning on bringing a picnic dinner for my crowd, so that we can hang out until the last runner has passed.
the more the merrier ...
I'll be there
