Vancouver Vipers Water Polo is offering a FREE WORKOUT CLASS on Saturday, October 16th, 8:00 - 9:00 pm, at Kerrisdale Pool.

Basic Water Polo Training Skills + Fitness A great change or compliment to running, swimming lengths, yoga, aquasize, etc. All the fitness skills of swimming, soccer, basketball.

Basic Swimming Skills Required (should be comfortable in deep water and able to swim at least a length of the pool)
If enough interest, we will also set up a series of Adult Water Polo Fitness Workout Classes.
