Hi Guys,
I am doing a project getting some research on certain types of running and running injuries.
If you have a spare 5 mins, I would truly appreciate it if you fill in this quick survey. Max of about 10 questions most are multiple choice.

Minerals
Hey James:
One thing I always like to bring up when it comes to this stuff is that most running injuries are rooted in nutrition. Most of us do not eat enough vitamins and minerals, and then when we run distance we burn them to run our muscles. Any deficit will cause the body to cannibalise its skeleton, but also cause muscles to be at increased risk of injury as well as tight and sore because they do not heal properly after running. Also, the horrible misbalance of omega 3's to omega 6's created by soy and other grain based feed in agriculture creates inflammation in the joints. Another key factor is synthetic vitamins, and those taken in absence of the natural factors which help us absorb them, like high amounts of calcium and magnesium without the whey which leads to mineral plaques building up in the joints because they are not being utilised properly.
