Location:
Bean around the world (Parkgate Mall) / Mt. Seymour
Havn't made it for a Seymour Sunday yet?
Time to check it out.
Let's keep each other honest and committed through the darker season.
This will be a weekly event for a while, so come out and join us.
Meet at 8am at the Bean around the World at Parkgate Mall at the base of Mount Seymour. Join me for a 90min run followed by a treat at the coffee place at around 9:30 and wrap it up around 10.
I am flexible to start earlier as the days get longer. I've been living in the Mt. Seymour neighbourhood for about a year now and have a decent knowledge of the local trails (although I still discover new ones all the time).
If everybody enjoys the same pace we could stay together and if not you can always get some intervals in or we can reconvene at the Bean around the world at 9:30am. If you need directions for a loop I can help you out with that otherwise we can agree on a route as we head out.
I am happy to answer any questions about the event, so please don't hesitate to contact me.
Entry: There is no fee and you don't need to be a member of Club Fat Ass to participate in a Flash event, however whining is not allowed.

Sunday run this week
Hi Marc,
I'm planning to join your run this Sunday. There's a possibility my ski touring partner will man-up and tour with me. If that happens and I don't make it I'll let you know in advance. Otherwise, see you Sunday for my first Seymour Sunday run!
How far a run do you/the group generally do?
Would be nice to have you
last week was a little soggy.
So statistically we are due for a glorious run.
See you there,
Marc
