Flash - Mount Seymour Plunge

What: Do you want something a little different? Do you want to test your quads? Come and join me for the Mount Seymour Plunge. This is an all trail, all downhill run, from Mount Seymour parking lot to Panorama Park in Deep Cove. A plunge in the Ocean afterwards is optional.

The course takes you from Mount Seymour parking lot to the Perimeter trail, then on to Three Chop trail.  You'll exit Three Chop trail at the water Tower, enter trail immediately opposite the street, which eventually merges with the Baden Powell trail and finishes off at Panorama Park, where you can go for a plunge in the Ocean, (optional). Reconvene at Bean Around The World at Parkgate Shopping Center. We could also make it at the Raven for Beer...?

Prizes are to be won.

I will mark the course right against Club Fat Ass policy.  I am sorry, but I am just a rebel.

Someone borrowed my GPS, so I can only guess at the distance. I would think it is about 13-15 km

When: Meet at Panorama Park at 8:00 AM Sunday October 9th 2011. Car pool to the top.

Any question don't hesitate to ask, if anything else comes to mind, I will add to this post.
