What:
Kamloops Kris Kringle 50k/50Miler will start at 7am Nov 29th at the same start
location as Walk in the Park. Each Loop is 17k and custom distances are encouraged.
Elevation Gain per loop is about 4500 feet so is a great training ground.
All Fools are strongly encouraged to leave Raincouver for a fun day!
Meet at the Kenna Cartwright Park on Hillside Drive on the left hand side coming
into Kamloops from Vancouver.

Entry: There is no fee and you don't need to be a member of Club Fat Ass to participate in a Flash event, however whining is not allowed. No registration is required but please indicate your participation via the comment form below. You are responsible for your own well being and safety and should be self sufficient.

Hi Barry,
I'm going to have to give this one a miss. It looks like I've got a mild case of PF. I'm doing what I can to deal with it in the hopes of getting in one more 100 miler before the end of the year.
