Celebrate Halloween!
There are 2 starts to this run...
An 8:15 am start (16km loop around False Creek and Lost Lagoon), 14.2km (to Lagoon turn around), or 11.25km (to English Bay turn around).
There is also a 9:00 am start... 9km (loop around False Creek) or 4km (loop via Cambie Bridge).
The various turn around points are noted to allow distance modifications for anyone who wishes to use them.

Terra Breads will be providing free coffee to everyone dressed in a Halloween costume. A runner's outfit is not a costume!!!
Entry: There is no fee and you don't need to be a member of Club Fat Ass to participate in a Flash event, however whining is not allowed. No registration is required but please indicate your participation via the comment form below. You are responsible for your own well being and safety and should be self sufficient.
