Flash - Gottfried's Infamous Annual Christmas Run

As in the past 5 or 6 years I would like you to join us on our annual Christmas run at Buntzen Lake.  

There are two routes to choose from:

• The lower trail around Buntzen Lake will take you  about one hour or so.
• The vista trail, about two hours or so (recommended, no fear of flooding)

Start and Finish at Buntzen Lake Parking lot.

Following the run we'll meet at the James Well Pub, just across from the Runners Den in Prot Moody. This run is usually one of my most fun runs so It would be a shame to miss it.

Free Entry: There is no fee and you don't need to be a member of Club Fat Ass to participate in a Flash event, however whining is not allowed. No registration is required but please indicate your participation via the comment form below. You are responsible for your own well being and safety and should be self sufficient.
