Run from the rainforest down to the shores of the Pacific and back and be back in time for lunch.
There will be two options:
- 7:30 - Start at the Yellow Beacon in North Vancouver (aka Sibylle's house - if you need an address please email me). Run through residential neighborhoods to Capilano Canyon and then up to the Dam. Meet the shorter option runners at Cleveland Dam then run south on Capilano Pacific to Ambleside and back. Expected running time about 2:30h.
- 8:00 - Start at Cleveland Dam Parking Lot and join the runners arriving from the Yellow Beacon on their run down Cailano Pacific to Ambleside and Back. Expected running time 90min.
There is no fee and you don't need to be a member of Club Fat Ass
to participate in a Flash event, however whining is not allowed. No
registration is required but please indicate your participation via the
comment form below or by contacting me. You are responsible for your own well being and
safety and should be self sufficient.
