Hi everyone,
We've got two groups of people running this weekend:
Betty, Tom, and Hillary are running at 9am from "End of the Line" coffee shop to Deep Cove, and
Kelly, Lishe, Bill, and I are running at 0730 from Grouse to Deep Cove.

Grouse to Deep Cove 7:30 start -- with this one I could start with y'all and exit around Mountain Highway or Lynn Valley Headwaters depending on timing...
End of the Line to Deep Cove 9:00 start -- with this one I could run at least for 30 minutes and then return on my own...
I need to be at the Lynn Valley Headwaters for a 10:00 Greater Vancouver Orienteering Event...
