- The "sprint" event
will be a single loop.

and easy to follow. There are a
few small hills. Some maps will be
available race morning.
What to Bring?
- Aid.
(Whatever food, water or electrolyte
drink you need for a run of the distance
you propose to complete.) If you expect and are
prepared for no external aid, you may be
pleasantly surprised... but do not
count on it!
-
Clothing. It could be -30C or it
could be +10C. Hope you checked
the
weather
this morning and dressed accordingly!
- Official timing system. (A watch will do, even if the second hand doesn't work.)
Please be sure to keep track of your
finish time and to give it to the
timekeeper.
- Change of clothes.
It will be cold. It may be wet.
You will want to shower and change
afterwards.

YMCA.
- Post event gathering
- runners, volunteers, friends and family are encouraged to meet afterwards
at the Duke of Wellington, 33 Erb Street West, Tel(519) 886-9370 for what we hope will
prove to be a great party. We'll
recognize the accomplishments of
the run, share war stories, compare New
Years resolutions, look at photos,
gather stats and otherwise enjoy the
afternoon.
