Electrolyte Supplements

I'm going to give Where's Waldo 100k a go in late August.  I'm expecting it to be pretty warm in central Oregon.  I've not used any electrolyte supplements previously but I think I should consider them this time out.  Can anyone suggest what has worked for them in the heat?

I've had success with Thermalytes & Saltstick.

I've also made my own caps, but they can be a bit rough on the gut, so I got off my wallet & bought the good stuff.

Personal experience indicates that I need 1 to 2 caps per hour during the heat of the day (90 degrees & higher), but I'm fine without at night. Many variables factor in, but essentially, I get fed up of flavoured electrolyte drinks during the course of a long hot day & caps are a great way to allow me to guzzle water without worrying about hyponatramia (I always wanted to use that word in a sentence).

I've used both Succeed and Thermolytes: both popular electrolyte tabs (although of different strengths).
