Hey everybody:
I updated the course descriptions for all distances. Mostly I just broke it down a bit better into sections which makes the general gyst of it a lot easier to understand. People didn't really have any trouble last year, but at the same time it looked like a lot even to me because it was just one LEFT or RIGHT after another.
Because this is an urban trail run, there are quite a few twists and turns, plus I added a few in to minimise road sections and add interesting elements to the course. So I am trying to get these directions as concise and clear as possible.
Please help me if anything is redundant, unnecessary or unclear, let me know.
If enough people sign up by tomorrow I will consider marking the courses, weather depending, which will just be flour arrows which would be pointless if there is going to be rain. Best to have the instructions anyway.
Hope to see your Fat Asses out there Sunday, whether they are fresh or mangled slabs of meat recovering from Frosty Mountain or 5 Peaks Buntzen on Saturday!
I just ran the Plain 100 last weekend so I might only be doing the 10K this year but if I feel up to it I'll tackle the 50K.
