The STORMY course description has been updated and added to the Night Run course info tab.
I need some help marking the course on Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon. Please let me know if you can help.
In accordance with CFA policy of no flagging tape or other markers, and the limits on my time, the STORMY course markings will be very sparse.

Wendy, I can get away from town around noon or a little earlier Saturday if need be, to help you with (sparsely) marking the course. Let me know if I can help and what time & where to meet you.

We will be running the trails that are part of the first half of the course from Brennan Park Rec Center to the University.
I will not set up any aid stations, but if you know of anyone that wants to help out with this, I am certain it would be appreciated.
Runners are responsible for organizing water/supply drops on the course, if they think that they will need this prior to the start of the event.
There is a water fountain at the end of Jack's trail as you enter Alice Lake Provincial Park.
There is a washroom with running water at the North parking lot of Alice Lake (you will pass by here)
There is a tap at the top of Lumberjack's trail and Perth Drive. The tap and hose is located next to the yellow gate.
There is a tap at the bottom of Rock n' Roll and Perth Drive. As above, tap and hose is located next to the yellow gate.
