  1. Kick cancer's ass
  2. PB a 5km
  3. PB a 10km
  4. Build the base to get back to the trails and longer runs - how to measure? There's a 12km trail that I've walked and taken photos of, I run that and I've accomplished the goal
  5. Participate in 5 events

2009 was the year of least running, that's not going to happen this year. Here we go in chronological order:

Girls On The Run

Take an ordinary guy, get him a little too close to Dean Karnazes and he gets a great idea. Run from home Kirkwood, MO to Arkansas some 300 miles away. Why? To raise money for Girls on the Run.  I thought you folks would be interested in his story. Below are his words
