Cyclebetes Spin-a-Thon

Only 4 day to go until Cyclebetes 24 hour spin-a-ton.  

We got a team of 5  ready to ride in shifts 4 hour 45 min on a spin(stationary) bike.  Feel free to stop by the gym and support team member.  We will be riding at Rockridge Secondary, West Vanvouver (5350 Headland Drive  a cross from Caulfield Mall).  Below is a list of team member and times they will be riding.  Thanks Mike for taking the grave yard shift (1:30 am to 6:15 am).
