A good friend of mine was working for a local company that has a self described 'green' process for cleaning PCB's out of contaminated soil. For years he worked out on sites where they were recovering materials from but for the last months of his employment he was transferred to the plant where they extract the PCB's from the reclaimed soil. What he saw there sickened him and he what he documented in photos and video was not 'green' at all but incedence after incedence of improper handling, disposal and dumping of toxic materials.
He is no longer working there and now wants to present the evidence he documented on the internet by creating a webpage and blog. If anybody has experience with these types of undertakings let me know. He could use some advice so he does not get into any legal troubles, the company is publicly traded and has a lot of money behind it. Also he would like to report it to the proper authorities but does not no where to start.

Ask Dom?
I've been trying to come up with names of people who might be able to point you in the right direction. Dom Repta, the EH for the Go Deep and Go Home 80 in August and the Go Home in November works for the Friends of Clayoquot Sound. He has a Master in Environmental Studies and might be able to point you/your friend in the right direction. Try to reach him here.
