Hi runner,
After I see the Ben's injury suffer during the Fluffy Bunny Trail Run, I am kind of scary for him and me It is fortunate nothing is broken. I knew he is a tough guy but I also notice him not wearing a trail runner or hiking shoe just a regular running shoes. I wonder that may help proventing injury from happening. Anything could happen on those stupid trail we just had to be ready if does. (I am almost slick and tripe a few times but my grauding angle is on my side that day) Also I was wearing a new trail runner (deep tread) and careful enough. I try to grip to any thing I can find on the down hill. Also, I carry small supply of first aid items but I don't think if will help if something more serious happen like fracture bone or heavy blooding.
I am planing to run Buntzen lake trail again. I am thinking doing DD trail but I afraid I may get lost there alone there. I wonder if any of you want to accompany me. Or else, I may just do VV trail again from other side.
