Join us for the fourth annual Capilano Canyon Night Run (A Midsummer Night's Dream) and potluck party on Saturday 20 August at 8:00pm.
This is a 90 minute run that starts at dusk and finishes in the dark. Afterwards, runners, crew, runners friends and a few neighbours get together for a potluck party that usually lasts a lot longer than the run!
There are Group and Competitive run categories and stuff to do for those who don't run. The course may sound life-threatening, but it's really not... if you can do the Grind or finish a 10K with something left, you can complete the night run. Click here for details.
The run is free for Club Fat Ass members and crew (anyone who helps out.) You can join CFA for the year for $35 (includes a technical t-shirt and about 20 free events or the event day for $15.
