Well, here it is! A little late, but as promised, the results of this year's membership survey are posted below for your review.
Overall the results seem to indicate people are mostly happy with the status quo. When it comes to the options we presented for financing the Club, the majority of people were willing to pay more, whether that be through the introduction of an Event fee or an increase of membership fees. The steering committee took a hard look at the idea of an Event fee, but in the end, we felt it would be too much to ask Event Hosts to take on, and that it would take away from the basic philosophy of our Events. So, with some reluctance, we will go ahead with an increased membership fee for 2008, which is still an amazing value, given the groovy shirt and access to over 40 events.
