So we all made it back safely!
The trail was in very good shape the, "cut here", guys had done there work, the mud was no worse than the last couple of time we ran it..
Lara drove Paul Jo and I from The Sixmile House in Colwood to Sombrio Beach. It was raining , as I recall Ludo and his gang were waiting for us at Sombrio trailhead. Two groups ran... Ludo,Lara and Jo were swift, Paul and I, less so. We experienced four seasons in 4 hours. I will dream about this one for quite some time. ILTS!
