You are invited to join us for our first Frosty training run.
Sunday, August 19th -- North Vancouver -- 9:00 AM
Meet at Grouse Mountain gravel parking lot.
The route will be as follows:
Up BCMC to Chalet.
Down Mountain Highway to Seventh Secret trail (on the left side of the road after the gravel pit and 7th switchback).
Down Seventh Secret to Krickum Krankum.
Krickum Krankum down to Cedar Tree Trail.
Cedar Tree Trail to Upper Griffen.
Upper Griffen to Lower Griffen.
Lower Griffen to Baden Powell.
Right on Baden Powell back to Mountain Highway.
Continue on Baden Powell back to the Grouse parking lot.
