2010 Orientation /Training Run Schedule run by Trailwhisperer
The following training/orientation runs have been set up to help you prepare for this year's event. All training runs are free for everyone (you don't need to be registered for Frosty Mountain).
Special bonus! Every time you show up for a training run, your name will be entered in a draw for Tenderfoot Boogie next year. The draw will be held at Frosty. You do not have to be present to win!
Saturday, August 21st -- North Vancouver -- 9:00 AM
Meet at Grouse Mountain gravel parking lot.
Take BCMC to Mountain Highway to Seventh Secret all the way parallel to Mountain Highway to Baden Powell turn right to get back to the parking lot. 2.5 to 4.5 hrs.
Entry: There is no fee and you don't need to be a member of Club Fat Ass to participate in the Trailwhisperer's trainign runs. You are responsible for your own well being and safety and should be self sufficient.
