Training Run for the Tenderfoot Boogie May 15th
25km on mix off road trails and powerline paths with about 5km of highway thrown in
Run through the beautiful Cheakamus Canyon
participants will be added to a draw for a free Frosty Mountain 2010 entry (draw will be held at the awards ceremony of the Tenderfoot Boogie. Winner does not have to be present.

Meet at the Brandywine Falls parking lot at 8:00am to carpool to the Fish Hatchery in Paradise Valley for a 8:30 start
How Much?
Entry: This is a training run organised by Gottfried Grosser for the Tenderfoot Boogie and membership in Club Fat Ass is not required. Whining is not allowed. No registration is required but please RSVP with a brief email to Gottfried. You are responsible for your own well being and safety and should be self sufficient.
