Are you ready to take your running to the next level?

Would you like to become a more efficient runner?

The Core Running camp will show you how to develop good running technique and form which will help you avoid injuries and improve your performance.

What Will You Learn?

  • You'll work on developing better movement and running skills.
  • Virtually every runner of the hundreds I've worked with over the last 10 years had tight, weak ankles and hips. I'll show you how to develop better mobility in your ankles and your hips to develop a better stride.
  • Then we'll work on technique drills to improve your running Technical Skills. You'll learn what good running form is and how you can adapt it to suit your specific body.
  • Theory and certain drills/exercises will be done indoors at the studio, other drills will be done outdoors at the Point Grey track and surrounding area.
  • You'll get individual attention to improve your running technique.

Training and Recovery

We'll also cover specific recommendations for setting up a training schedule.

  • You'll learn how to incorporate running, strength training and stretching in a time efficient manner.
  • You'll know how to balance training with recovery for maximum benefit.

Any runner looking to improve their skill, their health, reduce their risk of injury and run faster.
