Ever wondered who at Club Fat Ass makes the decisions and keeps the Club running? This is your chance to find out!
We hope you will join us for our annual "open house" meeting. This special meeting is one of 6 regular Steering Committee meetings we have over the course of the year. It's special, however, because we invite CFA members and friends who have expressed interested in contributing to the management of the Club to get a feel for what we do with the hope that they will join the committee.
You can expect a typical 90-minute CFA steering committee meeting:

Each committee chair reviews their goals and accomplishments since the last meeting

You get a sneak preview of the 2012 club shirt

We resolve any outstanding issues or challenges

We discuss a particular topic of interest to the club (e.g. sponsorships, member benefits, Event Host issues, how to grow, and so on)
At this meeting, we will clarify some of the roles that are currently vacant and answer questions about those roles. We are particularly looking for enthusiastic folks to chair the Event Host, Marketing and Sponsorship committees, as well as some help with media relations. We will also ask attendees what they think the Club should accomplish over the upcoming year.
