This is a Club Fat Ass (CFA) event, so we adhere to CFA event management guidelines and privacy policy. Please complete the whole form. For those left standing, we try to make it for the last call at the Mosquito Creek Grill for some beers and munchies. The Mosquito Creek is the finish and is located in the Westview Plaza at Westview and Highway #1 in North Vancouver. Their telephone number is 604-983-3083.
