Frosty Mountain training run Sept. 4th 2010

The last training run in Manning Park turned out to be even more popular then the first one. A total of 25 people and six dogs showed up.
As most of the runners did the first loop, some checked out the 13 km loop.
As usual the weather was pretty favorable and all the runners made it out alive. A few minor scratches and bruises ( easy for me to say) as you can see on the photos. It looks pretty soar, but he is still smiling.
No one got lost, as I made sure everyone listened to all the direction.
I took on the tough job of taking two ladies and four dogs around the 13 km loop.
It appears two of the dogs got a whiff of a pound of butter left out in one of the camp sites that we had to run through and managed to wolf it down before the owner could get to them. The dogs were kind enough and waited till they started heading home to throw it all  up in the car.
Check out the photos!
As you can see Dirk didn't show up, there is only a hand full of photos.

One more training run coming up on the North Shore.
