As usual we had another good day for our first training run for Tenderfoot Boogie.
Fifteen high performance running machines showed up. Every body made it out alive and I hope you all had a good time and make sure you tell your Friends if you like it and tell me if you don’t.
Soon after the start all I could see was a small cluster of runners far ahead in the distance.
Thanks for my faithful companion Benny I was not alone.
I could tell he would have liked to stay with the pack but he knows who feeds him.
A little hectic in the beginning and soon after take off I realized we didn’t even take a group photo. A well next time.
Just wondering, are there any slow runners out there?????
