The 13th annual Vancouver New Years Day Fat Ass 50K run and Freeze Your Fat Ass swim is now technically full.
Sorry, there will be no on-site registration this year! Since I assume that some folks who have pre-registered may wake up too hung-over to show up, I will still accept anyone from out of town who pre-registers. If you commit attempting a new record for the swim after you run, you're also in. I will also consider particularly passionate pleas from locals who have waited until the last minute but still want to run in this event. (Note, if you're a local, note your pleas and excuses in the "Suggestion box" area of the registration form. I may refer to them at the finisher party.)

Resolution Tracker:
Whether you run on New Years Day or not, you might want to log your 2006 running and fitness resolutions online where the world can see them so you will be more inclined to achieve them. Anyone with a list of races they want to accomplish or personal bests they want to achieve, etc. can use this free online resolution tracker. Better yet, there are prizes for people who come the closest to achieving their resolutions, so tell your friends: http://www.ClubFatAss.com/contest/NewYearsResolutions
May all of your New Years running and fitness resolutions come true!

PS If you prefer to freeze your butt off running in Ontario, Ryne Melcher
and Jenn Dick are hosting a resolution run in Waterloo on Sunday 22 January. Not sure if they are going to cut a hole in the ice for a swim or not?: www.clubfatass.com/events/ThreeDollaBill
