Tenderfoot Boogie training run # 3

Due to severe winter condition, I thought it would be best to change this weeks training run, I think we had enough snow last week.
So a really good stand by is Grouse to Seymour Grind and back.
Don’t tell anyone but I stole this one from the Knee Knacker schedule.
So;
Sunday April 20th 8:00 AM Grouse Mountain Gravel Parking Lot about 4 – 6 hrs.
The nice thing about it is you can make the run a little longer or shorter, it’s up to you.
But if you are doing the 50 km or 50 miles you should do the distance.
