Claudia Bullington's 2010 Fitness Resolutions

1. Vancouver New Year's Day Fat Ass 50 km & Freeze Your Fat Ass Swim - CFA - Jan 1 / 2010 - Custom Run with little Eric

2 -Participating in one Club Fat Ass events per month (or minimum 12/year)

3. Chukanut 50 km race in March

4. Whidbey Island Marathon in April

5. Do at least 60% of training for Knee Knacker. (I am not doing the KK this year, too close to Powderface42 :( )

6. PowderFace42 Marathon in Kananaskis-Banff in July

7. Another 50 km (or two) in the second part of the year. (Cle Elum, Frosty Mountain or other)

8. 2-3 Road Marathons - Vancouver Marathon or Okanagan or  Valley Of Fire or Crater Lake or Victoria (Hoping to Qualify for Boston in at least one of them).

9. At least 3-4 = 25 km or 30 km trail run races/events

10. If not running somewhere else, Run every two days in my neighborhoud - 7-10 miles.

11. - Swimming with little Eric at least twice/month - more points if I do it once/week.
