Flash - Foolish Old Buck 75K

What: A 75K run between Deep Cove and Lynn Canyon.  Each return trip is 25K.  Since this is a Fat Ass event you may, of course, do whatever you distance like.

Why: It's a good time to get in some distance and hill work.

Who: The Fools and anyone who wants to join in the fun.

Where: Meet at Panorama Park in Deep Cove, North Vancouver, BC

When: Sunday, January 10, 2010 at 06:00

Route: From Deep Cove follow the Baden Powell trail to Old Buck.  Go down Old Buck to Bridle Path (also known as Horse Loop).  Follow Bridle Path to Baden Powell trail above Hyannis Point.  Go left on Baden Powell and follow trail to Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge.  Return to Deep Cove on the same route.  That is 25K.  Do it two more times. 

Aid: Be prepared to be self-sufficient. There should be water at Deep Cove and at the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge washrooms. Of course we will also have access to our vehicles when we return to Deep Cove at the end of each loop.

Entry: There is no fee and you don't need to be a member of Club Fat Ass to participate in a Flash event, however whining is not allowed.
