 <title>Running Stroller advice</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I need some advice on running strollers because I&#039;m going to become a dad sometime in late June.&amp;nbsp; Yep, that&#039;s right... as scary a thought as that might be, I&#039;m passing on my genes!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So far my research says the Chariot is the way to go.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&#039;d appreciate any experience, suggestions, thoughts.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Healthy Eating Workshop</title>

 <description>&lt;div&gt;Happy New Year!&amp;nbsp; I hope you had an enjoyable Christmas holidays like I did.&amp;nbsp; I took some much needed R &amp;amp; R and let myself indulge in some sweets, drinks and overeating a litte.&amp;nbsp; I still managed to get my workouts in and am on track with my marathon training, which I&#039;m really enjoying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
